Parenting and family life can feel wonderful and so hard at the same time, and I feel strongly that no one should feel alone in this journey. Whether you are looking for short-term actionable strategies or longer-term support, we can individualize our work together to best fit your needs.

My areas of focus include parent coaching, child development, and family support. I often utilize play and art with young children and always have a strength-based approach with others.

I have worked with children in a variety of settings for over two decades with an emphasis on young children and families. I have extensive experience in behavioral health working with children with ASD and their families. I provided one-on-one treatment for children ages 20 months to 18 years old as well as caregiver coaching and caregiver-child treatment. I was also on the team responsible for writing, training, and implementing new treatment programs focusing on caregiver-mediated treatment. My experience also includes leading groups for youth and adults, individual therapy for adolescents and their caregivers, and school-based counseling.

I want to learn about your experiences and values to best support you in navigating the complexities of family life. Together, we can create a nurturing environment where both parents and children can thrive.

You are unique

I use a variety of approaches and strategies depending on who I am working with. Some of these include play and expressive arts therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, family-guided routines, child development, and applied behavior analysis. I believe in a holistic, strength-based and collaborative approach in working with others.

You are welcome here

I want to learn about each individual and family that I come into contact with. I will do my best to honor and learn about your values and what is important to you. It is a priority to me to provide an inclusive, respectful and safe environment.
