I offer counseling for working parents, with particular experience supporting working moms. Whether you’re balancing work and family, learning effective parenting strategies, or exploring how your own experiences influence your caregiving, you deserve a supportive space for you.

I meet adolescents and teens where they are, offering a safe, supportive space to feel heard, explore their experiences, and navigate challenges. Sessions are tailored to each teen’s needs and comfort level, with room for open conversation and more structured activities or skill-building when appropriate. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, confidence, and tools for managing everyday life.

Connecting with others you and your child interact with to find individualized solutions and support. This can include teachers, speech therapists, behavioral therapists, and more. Check out the services page to learn more about available packages.
